Here’s a simple recipe that is amazing and it’s great on salad, sandwiches, whatever you want…I love it
Dinosaur Cookbook/Bone Food Dressing
4 Tablespoons of Greek WHOLE Yogurt
4 Tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar
6 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons of Honey
half a squeezed fresh lemon
2 cloves of Garlic minced
black pepper freshly ground to taste (i am very generous w the black pepper)
sea salt to you taste
I put the Dinosaur Bone Food in a container and shake it up pretty good and you are all set
This dressing/sauce goes aMAZing on Salad, Sandwiches, Steamed or Grilled Vegetables, Grilled Chicken, Steak…it’s so good!!
Here’s a simple salad that I love to make
2 cups of Tuscan Kale (chopped)
1 cup of baby sweet Tomatoes (different colors are great)
Half a medium onion chopped/minced
2 oz of Feta Cheese..Crumbled
Freshly Pan Roasted Walnuts & Pecans (W sea salt and olive oil)
and grilled sourdough with olive oil (I cut the bread up after it’s cooked and add it into the salad to make fresh crouton)
