I’ve been working on seeing the Macro (Big Vision/World Thought Leader/Champion of The People) and then going back to the Micro (Smallest details in my life, from breath to mediation, how am I sitting is my posture good for my back, what are my thoughts, how am I interacting to my kids, my mom, the people that I see on a daily basis)

1. Rest
2. Exercise
3. Eat Well
4.Laugh
5. Interact with friends, family and groups that help others of less fortune
6. Breathe..How’s your breath doing
